Meet the Editor
Anthony Murray is a co-managing editor at Anton Media Group and is also the editor of the Mineola American and New Hyde Park Illustrated News. In April 2019, he became an award-winning journalist after winning a New York Press Award (NYPA) for his coverage on the homeless population in Mineola. When he’s not hitting the ground reporting on his local communities every week, Anthony is also a contributing writer for Long Island Weekly, having interviewed numerous celebrities and network executives.
He graduated from Adelphi University in 2016 with a bachelor’s degree in journalism and public relations, and is a native New Yorker.
