The Mineola District Council of PTAs and the Mineola Public Schools recently announced the return of the Children’s Cultural Arts Series for 2014-15. The final two shows will delight audiences and that you will not want to miss.

“Butterfly: The Story Of A Life Cycle,” is on Saturday, Dec. 6 at 2 p.m. at the Mineola High School Theatre located at 10 Armstrong Rd., Garden City Park (one block south of Jericho Turnpike). Follow Mari, the Monarch Butterfly, on her incredible life journey. Hudson Vagabond Puppets tell this amazing story through acting, singing and giant dancing puppets.

Plaza Theatrical Productions will present Frosty The Snowman Family Musical, the classic winter story of a snowman brought to life through the magic of an old silk hat. It’s on Saturday, Jan. 10, 2015 at 2 p.m. at the Mineola High School Theatre. Attend all three shows for only $12 or you may purchase tickets for an individual show at $5 per show. Adults with children 2 and under are admitted free.

Adults must remain with children during the shows. If you have any questions, contact Debbie Tobar at 646-270-1598 or debtobar@yahoo.com.
